Drudge has deemed it headline-worthy to point out that Phoenix could see a high temperature of more than 115°F.
Granted, such temps are undoubtedly more common in Tucson or Yuma, but Phoenix isn’t exactly in Arizona’s snow-belt.
Hell, I may have seen a temperature of more than 115° in Sacramento while I was growing up. Probably not an official temperature, mind you, but that was before they started putting official weather stations on hot blacktop or next to heat-spewing air-conditioner units.
