While editing a template on another site I administer, I got my control panels mixed up and farged the comment template for The McGehee Zone and my wife’s critterblog, cats. iz. perverse. There’s no easy fix, since I don’t seem to have a backup copy newer than last April (I could’ve sworn I made backups more recently than that, but I can’t find them).
I’m going to have to reconstruct the comment template when I have the time and inclination to do so. And since I’ve been uninterested in blogging lately that could be a good long while. In the meantime the title permalinks point to a page that doesn’t include such amenities as comments and the comment form, or the extended entry (where applicable).
In the immortal words of Captain Malcolm Reynolds, “Huh.“
Update: Found a nearly up-to-date version of the template in my most recent database backup. Title permalinks will soon point to comment pages once again. And I’ll reconstruct the most recent change that was lost ... eventually.
